Mooloolaba

Phew! I have been away for too long! I was on vacation on Australia's SUNSHINE COAST! Wheee. I went with my boyfriend and his family, for 13 days. It was very nice! I have so much to talk about...We stayed on Alexandra Headland, and did all kinds of fun things.

I'm going to start with the closest little shopping area though -- MOOLOOLABA.

This beach-front strip had so many places to eat, all with delicious breakfasts, and many many shops. There was a harbor with ships everywhere and a cute small aquarium meets Sea World type place, called Underwater World.

The Wharf:
There was a petting zoo on the wharf! Very random.. but cutest baby goats I ever did see!

The Harbour:
We went on a River Cruise of the harbour to see all of the Richy Rich waterfront homes.. jealous!
Purple! My kind of boat.
Can I please live here? Pretty please?!?!
the Irwin's vacation home, with Steve's Crocodile boat
We journeyed out to where the harbour meets the ocean

The Esplanade:
An example of some of the yummy foods!!
Hot Chocolate heart!

Scramble with linguica, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, spinach, and avocado!

The tastiest Gelato!!! Chocolate Hazelnut with Ferrero Rocher pieces...sinfully delicious!
I honestly spent more alone time with my boyfriend's sister Lauren, than my boyfriend himself! Boys don't understand girly shopping!! :p
Looking back towards Alexandra Headland, where we were staying.

Underwater World:
Fish in a car?
Polka dots!
Ahhh Saw Shark!!

I love this reflection photo
Yet another Shark to pretend I'm being eaten by!
I didn't realize this was a dome, and went to look right up close and completely bashed my nose into the glass:( wahh! (This is after, once I'd realized where the glass actually starts by using my hands. Haha!)
Here are some fish that I found intriguing!
Holy eyeballs, Batman!!
Poor unfortunate soul.... :/
This shark seriously looked like a cartoon one, like from Nemo. Look at those cartoon eyes! I called him Bruce.
My favorite part was the seals and sea lions! I love them so much, and I've had a great time with one who followed me and swam with me when scuba diving once. I could spend all day watching them!
They are so playful and fun, and this one was especially interactive! I spent ages watching her and playing with her. She loved little kids. She was waving her fin and nearly biting it and following our hands on the glass. They're so cool!
That's me on the left...Everyone else had sat down after a few minutes and I stayed up for quite some time! haha.
Well, there's part 1 of my Sunshine Coast adventures! Bear with me, as I don't have much internet time/access!
